Customs and Immigration
The Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority is a separate organization from U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Canada Border Services Agency. The Authority acts as landlord to both agencies while maintaining the Peace Bridge and performing other operational responsibilities including toll collection.

CBSA provides integrated border services that support national security and public safety priorities and facilitate the free flow of persons and goods, including animals and plants, that meet all requirements under the program legislation.
