Peace Bridge Authority Director, Patrick Robson, Passes Away

BUFFALO, NY/FORT ERIE, ON – The Board and staff of the Buffalo and Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority are deeply saddened by the passing of Patrick J. Robson on August 25, 2024.

 

Mr. Robson was appointed to the Peace Bridge Authority by the Government of Canada in March 2017 and served the Authority with great distinction right up until the time of his passing.

“He was always a gentleman, a true professional and a consensus-builder, always striving to ensure that the interests of the Peace Bridge and the community were treated equally” said Ken Manning, Chair of the Authority. “His wise counsel and stabilizing influence will be greatly missed.”

 

“He was a friend and a colleague” said Tim Clutterbuck, Authority Vice-Chair “His loss is not only to the Peace Bridge Authority but also to the many organizations and individuals in the Niagara Region who were touched by his character and passion for education and the environment.

 

The Peace Bridge Authority extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to Patrick’s wife Kelly, and to his family.
